Berlin is a city that is notoriously filled with unique and interesting store concepts. WATM tuned into the myriad and chose a few of our favorites. Tea is the next big thing to hit Berlin’s retail arena and there’s nowhere more on-tend than P&T (Paper & Tea). Born out of an insatiable passion for fragrant leaves the store is part teashop, part tea school; the aim is to educate customers and broaden their palate – no plain old Twinning’s Earl Grey here. The shop’s decor is straight out of the Wallpaper* handbook, with all the teas laid out in little boxes to encourage consumers to sniff, read, learn and buy, and even better, the staff host frequent visitor tasting sessions. Oh, and less we forget the “P” part of the title – they also sell a beautiful range of cards, pads, wrapping paper and notebooks – to write down your tasting notes, obviously. See the post
