My Dear Club
The My Dear Club is P & T's loyalty programme and our way of showing our appreciation. We give you virtual tea leaves (bonus points) for activities in our shop such as recommendations or purchases made. You can use the tea leaves to earn discounts on purchases, the more tea leaves you earn, the more you save. In addition, you will receive exclusive benefits when you reach a higher membership status.
You can see the amount of tea leaves you have collected either in the menu or on the club page. You must be logged in for this.
To become a member of the My Dear Club, you must create a customer account. As a thank you, we give you a starting credit and reward your further purchases with us.
Within 12 months, you can convert your collected tea leaves into vouchers that you can redeem when paying. You can view the selection of vouchers on the club page.
Please note that earned tea leaves can only be redeemed after 30 days (return period).
Your membership status results from your purchases over the last 12 months. If the sum of your purchases exceeds a certain value, you will automatically be granted the appropriate membership status. You can see the benefits and thresholds on the club page.

The number of recommendations is limited to 5 recommendations per month, the tea leaves expire for further recommendations. Under no circumstances may the individual voucher codes and links be distributed on third party platforms. We reserve the right to suspend member accounts that violate this rule, revoke points and cancel orders.
If you do not wish to collect any more tea leaves, please contact us. We will convert your remaining credits into a voucher.
Tea should be stored in a cool place away from light and drunk before the expiration date. For storage, we recommend our tea tins, which can be refilled in an environmentally friendly way. You can find an overview of our packaging formats here.
Since we buy, blend and pack the tea ourselves, we only sell our own teas. In this way we can guarantee the highest quality standards.
We calculate the number of cups - that you find on the product page - for a cup size of 250ml. We also take the number of possible infusions, as well as the use of 4g/250ml (recommended) into consideration for the calculation.
In general, the caffeine content of a tea cannot be measured exactly, since the release of caffeine depends on numerous factors (e.g. the preparation). Our service team will be happy to advise you.
In general, herbals do not contain caffeine. You can find our selection of herbal teas here.
We guarantee that the tea will keep for at least 2 years and can be brewed safely according to the instructions. The best-before date is printed on each package.
As we are not a company with a medical background, we do not wish to make any statements about the health benefits of our teas and hope for your understanding.
The majority of our teas come from organically certified cultivation. The varieties without a certificate are mostly sourced from small tea farms that produce their teas in the traditional way and usually cannot afford certification. We are anxious to support these tea farmers.
Our tea bags are made of cotton and are therefore compostable. Only the small label on the tea bag thread should be removed beforehand.
In general, we do not have any individual components of our products in stock, but will be happy to support you if required. Please contact our service team in these cases.
Almost all our accessories can be safely washed in the dishwasher. We do not recommend this for special ceramics such as open-pore materials. You will find a cleaning recommendation on all our product pages.
