Deeply rich like quince and soft like beeswax, our Laos Grove is 100 grams of pure, compressed raw (Sheng) Pu-Erh style tea from semi-wild growing and biodiverse cultivated tea trees in Nyot Ou district in northern Laos. This dark tea draws its desirable complexities in flavor from being fermented. Beautifully compressed into cakes, called bings, and gently wrapped in paper, you traditionally break off small amounts with a knife of which you can enjoy up to five infusions. Pu-Erh is a slow beverage, intended to be sipped, aged, and savored.
