A very limited green tea from Jiangsu, China

Grown in gardens nestled on the mountains surrounding Tai Lake, this famous Chinese green tea, Bi Luo Chun or “green spring snail" is a rare tea specialty. The name refers to its spring harvest and supple buds curled into snail-like shapes.

Just opened my package of this limited harvest and it is a very pleasant surprise, this tea has a delicate taste, very suitable for making the transition from the spicier winter tea to the green ones in early spring. Highly recommended!
