A very limited green tea from Jiangsu, China

Grown in gardens nestled on the mountains surrounding Tai Lake, this famous Chinese green tea, Bi Luo Chun or “green spring snail" is a rare tea specialty. The name refers to its spring harvest and supple buds curled into snail-like shapes.

Snail's Pace N°917

Oliver
Notes of citrus, rounded with peach

The bouquet of this tea is well worth taking some time over. It starts off slightly citrusy, but rounds off with a peachy scent that softens the tang. Hints of crispy late autumn apples complement the effect in the nose. Once poured, the colour of the tea reflects some of the appley/peachy bouquet. It's a warm, orangey hue. Like clockwork, you get a good three brews out of it, and I can only agree with the previous comment that the second is the best!
