Kombucha is fermented tea and a nutrient-rich soft drink that not only tastes good, but also has a probiotic effect and contains many antioxidants, vitamins, enzymes and amino acids. Originally from China and Japan over 2000 years ago, Kombucha is now consumed by millions of people around the world and is said to aid digestion, energize and detoxify, and strengthen the immune system.

This workshop includes the following topics:
  • What exactly is kombucha and why do so many people drink it?
  • The basics of self-brewing and flavouring
  • Q&A
