A Sheng Pu-erh, young fermented tea with a brisk character from China
This traditional, raw (sheng) Pu-erh comes from Lincang district of Yunnan province in Southern China, commonly regarded as the birthplace of tea. Pu-erh is the oldest category of tea and the only one where both oxidation as well as fermentation take place in its making.
