Booking your tasting is easy – just do it online or at your local store. Simply choose the date and theme you'd like to attend. Your booking confirmation and ticket will be conveniently sent to you via email. And you’re ready for your unforgettable experience!

No stress — you can easily reschedule it yourself. Just click the rescheduling link in your confirmation email and pick a new time that works better for you. Please note: rescheduling needs to happen at least 48 hours before your booked appointment.

You don't need to prepare anything; just remember to show your ticket from the email. Come by, bring along a lot of curiosity about tea, and enjoy an hour full of unforgettable moments and enriching encounters with like-minded. Let’s explore the diverse world of tea and have fun together! 

Tea tastings in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria are conducted in either German or English. In our stores in other European countries, tea tastings are held in English or the local language. At the beginning, we ask all participants which language they prefer. It’s important to us that everyone can easily follow the workshop. 

You'll be warmly welcomed by our staff and take a seat at our tea bar. We start with a small introduction round, and then the teas are freshly prepared right before your eyes. Everyone gets the chance to experience the teas with all senses and ask questions. Ideally, you’ll leave our store with a feeling of having learned something new! 

Typically, we explore at least six different teas together. An exception is our Matcha Tasting, where you’ll try three different matcha grades and make your own matcha latte! 

No prior knowledge is needed! We tailor each tea tasting to your level of experience. Both tea fans and curious beginners are warmly welcome. We recommend to newcomers our beginners-friendly Introduction to the World of Tea or The Art of Blending. 

Immerse yourself in the aromatic world of tea with us for a whole hour! Your questions are always welcome, and afterward, there’s plenty of time to browse the store and find your new favorite tea. 

We host our tea tastings in small groups to create a personal and comfortable atmosphere. The exact group size varies depending on the store. 

Yes, private tea events can be organized. We’re happy to help with planning – just let us know your individual wishes!
