The preparation

For the best flavor in your cup, brew our herbal teas with boiling hot water. Cover your infusion while it steeps to keep the aromas in. Let the ingredients steep long enough to release their flavors fully into the warm water.

The processing

To preserve the fresh flavors and green color of the aromatic Rooibos needles, the oxidation process is stopped shortly after harvest through gentle heating. This careful process is similar to how green tea is made.

This region is renowned for its extraordinary plant diversity, one of the richest in the world, with many species, including rooibos, found nowhere else. Benefiting from the Mediterranean climate and mineral-rich soil, rooibos plants flourish here without additional irrigation or fertilizers.
