§ 1 Organizer
The organizer of this giveaway is P&T Paper & Tea GmbH, represented by its Managing Directors Marc Pohl, Marie-Luise Frickel, Stephan Hahn, Schönhauser Allee 8, 10119 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
§ 2 Eligibility
- Participation is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and reside in Germany.
- Employees of the Organizer, their relatives, and anyone involved in the conception or execution of the giveaway are excluded from participation.
- Each person may only participate once. Multiple entries via different email addresses will result in disqualification.
§ 3 Participation and Procedure
To participate, entrants must:
- follow the Instagram accounts @paperandtea and @kruut_organic;
- like the giveaway post; and
- comment on the post by tagging three (3) other Instagram users.
Participation is free of charge and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.
The giveaway begins on July 15, 2026 and ends on July 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM (CEST).
Entries submitted after the participation deadline will not be considered.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway at any time for valid reasons, particularly due to technical or legal circumstances.
§ 4 Prize
One winner will receive the following prize package:
- 1× Top of the Day Refill Pack by Paper & Tea
- 1× €50 Paper & Tea Gift Voucher
- 1× Ayurveda Oxymel 500ml by kruut
- 1× €50 kruut Gift Voucher
The prize will be awarded as one prize package to a single winner.
The physical products will be shipped in two separate parcels, one from Paper & Tea and one from kruut. The gift vouchers will be sent digitally via email.
Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize is excluded.
§ 5 Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random after the participation deadline.
The winner will be notified no later than July 20, 2026, at 6:00 PM (CEST) via Instagram direct message from @paperandtea. In addition, the winner's Instagram username may be publicly announced in the giveaway post.
If the winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected.
§ 6 Data Protection
Participation in the giveaway requires the processing of personal data (e.g. Instagram username and, where applicable, the winner's name and postal address).
Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway (winner selection, notification and prize delivery) in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Personal data will only be shared with third parties where necessary for administering the giveaway.
All personal data will be deleted after the giveaway has been completed unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Participants have the rights granted under the GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of their personal data.

§ 7 Liability
The Organizer shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence.
The Organizer assumes no liability for technical disruptions, failures or delays beyond its control.
Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
§ 8 Instagram Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. The Organizer is the sole contact and responsible party for this giveaway.
§ 9 Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
