§ 1 Organizer
The organizer of this giveaway is P&T Paper & Tea GmbH, represented by its Managing Directors Marc Pohl, Marie-Luise Frickel, Stephan Hahn, Schönhauser Allee 8, 10119 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
§ 2 Eligibility
- Participation is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and reside in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, or Slovakia.
- Employees of the Organizer, their relatives, and anyone involved in the conception or execution of the giveaway are excluded from participation.
- Each person may only participate once. Multiple entries via different email addresses will result in disqualification.
§ 3 Participation and Process
Participation requires:
- the complete submission of the online survey to which participants have been invited by email.
Participation is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
The giveaway begins on May 23, 2026 and ends on May 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (CEST). Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for valid reasons, in particular due to technical or legal circumstances.
§ 4 Prize
A total of 10 (ten) Amazon.de gift vouchers, each worth 50 €, will be awarded among all eligible participants.
The vouchers can only be redeemed via Amazon.de. The currently applicable gift voucher terms of Amazon.de shall apply.
Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize is excluded.
§ 5 Winner Selection and Notification
The winners will be selected at random after the participation deadline.
The winners will be notified no later than June 13, 2026 by email to the address stored in their profile.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days after notification, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected.
§ 6 Data Protection
Participation in the giveaway requires the processing of personal data (e.g., email address, survey responses, and, if applicable, the winner's name and address).
Data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the giveaway (selection, notification, and delivery of the prize) as well as for the internal evaluation of the survey results, based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in evaluation).
Personal data will only be shared with third parties where necessary for the administration of the giveaway.
All data will be deleted after the giveaway has been completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Participants have the rights granted under the GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of their personal data.

§ 7 Liability
The Organizer shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence.
The Organizer assumes no liability for technical disruptions, failures, or delays beyond its control.
Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. "Amazon", "Amazon.de" and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. The Organizer is the sole contact and responsible party.
§ 9 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
