Step-by-step guide
- Before preparation, soak the whisk in a bowl or cup of hot water for about 1 minute to prevent the bristles from breaking.
- Put 1 tsp of matcha powder into your bowl, preferably sifted through a Matcha strainer.
- Add approximately 60ml of hot water (not boiling).
- Whisk the matcha to create the perfect foam using M-shaped moves with your matcha whisk (chasen).
- Rinse your chasen under running water and store it in a dry place.
- Place the chasen on its holder after use.
- Enjoy your homemade matcha.
