The processing of the tea

Grown in the high altitudes of the Himalayas at 1,800 meters, Himalaya's Light is harvested during the first flush between March and April. As the buds awaken from their winter slumber, they are carefully plucked and allowed to dry naturally over an extended period, both outdoors and indoors at room temperature and in light cold air, followed by a final drying in an oven.
