Leizu´s Golden Silk

Yellow tea is a rare treasure from China, with only a few skilled tea masters knowing how to make it through a labor-intensive process. Cherished for its smooth flavor, this yellow tea offers a subtle, mild, and spicy sweetness.

The preparation

Prepare your cup of tea carefully with water that is not boiling hot, as the low temperatures bring out the delicate aromas beautifully. In the traditional Chinese Gongfu Cha method, tea is brewed in a Gaiwan. After a short steep, it's poured into a serving pot. This process can be repeated for several infusions.
