How to Matcha
- Heat the water to 60-80°C.
- Heat the bowl of hot water and soak the broom in it briefly, then remove the water.
- Sieve 2 g (1-2 heaped bamboo spoons) of matcha into the bowl.
- Pour in 60 ml hot water.
- Whisk with a whisk in a W motion until a fine foam forms.
- Once the powder has completely dissolved, enjoy!
