Coconut Matcha Cloud Recipe

Ingredients

  • 75 ml oat cream for whipping
  • 2 g Matcha
  • 5 g agave syrup
  • 0.1 g salt
  • 200 ml coconut water
  • Ice cubes

You'll Need:

  • Milk frother
  • Matcha whisk (Chasen)
  • Spoon
  • Your favorite glass

Instructions:

  1. Add the oat cream, Matcha powder, agave syrup, and salt into the milk frother.
  2. Blend well until you have a lovely, fluffy foam, your Matcha Cloud.
  3. Fill your glass with ice cubes and pour over the coconut water.
  4. Finally, gently top with the creamy Matcha Cloud.
  5. Stir well, then sit back and enjoy!
