Our mocktails bring flavor to your glass, without alcohol and without compromise. For this creation, we use a naturally caffeine-free herbal tea blend with cooling peppermint and hibiscus. When combined with the light sweetness of agave syrup and fizzy sparkling water, it becomes a truly refreshing delight.   1. Pour 500 ml of water (100 °C) over 16 g of tea and infuse for 5 minutes.
  2. Then, strain through a sieve, add agave syrup, stir well, and leave to cool.
  3. Top up the drink with sparkling water and garnish with lemongrass and mint if desired. Enjoy!
