Recipe for Herbal Breeze
Ingredients
- 16 g Top of the Day
- 30 – 40 g Agave syrup
- Sparkling water to fill up
- Ice cubes
- Decoration: Lemongrass and Mint
Instructions
- Pour 500 ml of water (100 °C) over 16 g of tea and infuse for 5 minutes.
- Then, strain through a sieve, add agave syrup, stir well, and leave to cool.
- Top up the drink with sparkling water and garnish with lemongrass and mint if desired. Enjoy!
