Ingredients
- 25 g Pu Er Bai Ya
- 150 ml White grape juice
- Ice cubes
- Decoration: Rosmary & blueberries

- Pour 1 liter of cold water over 25 g of tea and leave to infuse for 4 hours at room temperature.
- Then, strain through a sieve over ice cubes and top up with grape juice.
