Rose Berry Sparkling Tea

Make your own Rose Berry Sparkling Tea: a colorful summer drink combining sparkling tea, wild berries, and optional strawberry cold foam for a refreshing café-style experience.

Reading time: 3 minutes

Sparkling tea meets juicy wild berries, soft rosy hues, and icy refreshment. Rose Berry Sparkling Tea is a light, bubbly drink that's perfect for warm afternoons, picnics in the park, or relaxing moments on the patio.

What makes it especially beautiful are the fruity berry streaks along the inside of the glass, created by the wild berry fruit spread. They give the drink an artistic look that feels almost too pretty to drink. Add a creamy Strawberry Foam on top, and you have a Brew Bar favorite that’s surprisingly easy to recreate at home.

Rose Berry Sparkling Tea Recipe

Ingredients for 1 Glass

  • 2 tsp wild berry fruit spread
  • Crushed ice
  • Prepared and carbonated Top of the Day tea
  • Optional: Strawberry Cold Foam made with Oatly Oat Cuisine and strawberry powder

How to make it

  1. Create the berry base: Spoon the wild berry fruit spread into the bottom of the glass and use the back of a spoon to spread it upward along the inside walls of the glass in a few streaks.
  2. Add ice: Fill the glass about halfway with crushed ice.
  3. Pour in the sparkling tea: Slowly add the prepared carbonated Top of the Day tea and fill the glass to the top.
  4. Optional topping: Finish with a layer of Strawberry Foam for an extra summery look.

No soda maker? Here's an easy alternative

If you don’t have a soda maker, you can still make Rose Berry Sparkling Tea at home. Simply prepare a concentrated version of Top of the Day by steeping 10 g of tea in 200 ml of water at 212°F (100°C) for 5 minutes. Let the concentrate cool completely, then combine it with 800 ml of chilled sparkling water. This creates a similar sparkling effect and allows you to enjoy the drink without carbonating the tea itself. The version made with carbonated tea tends to taste a little more refined and balanced, as the carbonation integrates more directly with the tea's flavor profile.

Optional: Strawberry Foam Topping

For an extra creamy finish, mix chilled Oatly Oat Cuisine with a little strawberry powder and prepare it in a whipped cream dispenser. After chilling, top the drink with a delicate pink foam layer that not only looks beautiful but also enhances the fruity berry notes.
